Please take the time to review Nevada's Foreclosure Renter Website. We receive calls weekly from renters who are being forced to relocate due to the home or condo they are renting is being foreclosed on by the bank. They have been paying their rent monthly but the owner wasn't paying the mortgage. As of Oct 1st, Assembly Bill 140 requires all Property Managers to check if a Notice of Default has been filed on the property and notify the tenant. We use the recommended Website to constantly check our properties for any issues that may affect our tenants.
Note: We have been requiring Owners to provide mortgage statements quarterly since 2007 to make sure the mortgage is current in an effort to protect tenants from bank evictions and owners from liability.

****What if I have pets?****
Most rentals may pets but do have to follow the HOA (Home Owners Association) rules. In most condo communities the weight limit is from 25lbs to 35 lbs pertaining to dogs and cats. If you have a large animal you should consider renting a house. If you have a pet other than a dog or cat please contact us. The units we have available are privately owned and ultimately can choose to approve or disapprove you pet.
